STANDARD RETURN POLICY
Returns can be made within 30 days from the date you received the package. STEAMERY US is not responsible for any return custom charges made. Any charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a postal service that gives you a tracking number if the package would get lost as STEAMERY US cannot be responsible for any loss of goods.
HOW TO RETURN A PRODUCT
Unused and unopened products can be returned within 30 days from the time you receive your delivery. To return an item visit https://steamery.us/returns-exchanges.
If you did not receive a return label in your package, please send an email to info@steamery.us In this email, include your order number and the items that you would like to return.
As soon as we have received and inspected the products, we will issue your refund to the payment method that you used when you bought the products or store credit.
REFUND
If the product is opened, a store credit will be given. Refunds will occur if the product is returned in an unused and sealed package. If the product is opened, a store credit will be given. Refunds are issued upon warehouse inspection. Our warehouse may take 7-14 days to inspect and process your return from the day it was received.
RETURN COSTS
For returns within the US and abroad, you as a customer pay for the shipping. The total will be deducted from your refund amount.

Have you received a faulty or damaged product, obviously we want to correct it! Contact info@steamery.us to get a return number and address for a free return.
