Even though we take meticulous control over the production of our products it is still possible that, in rare cases, they are faulty. If you discover that your product has a manufacturing or material fault, please contact our customer support and we will help you.
Steamery voluntarily provides a 1-year manufacturer’s warranty (the “Warranty”) for each product sold via the Website and popups. The Warranty is in addition to, and not instead of, rights provided by consumer law. Consumers have the right to choose whether to claim service under the Warranty or under their consumer law. For further information about consumer law, please contact the local consumer organization.
To make a warranty claim, you must retain the serial number sticker on the outside or battery compartment of your Steamer or Fabric Shaver as well as your proof of purchase.
We handle every case individually. During the warranty period, you have the right to make a complaint about manufacturing, material faults, or faults that have been detected after normal use. If the fault is caused by normal wear and tear, lack of maintenance, nor damage caused by accident or abuse, you don’t have the right to make a claim. This includes damage incurred by using products outside of the country. Our steamers can be used with a power adapter in countries with the recommended voltage. Please check the voltage and sockets in the country where you wish to use your steamer.
To make a valid claim we need proof of the faultiness, the product's serial number, and a receipt/order number. Send us an e-mail at email@example.com where you shortly describe the damage and how it occurred, and images and/or record a short video clip showing the damage/problem. If you purchased your Steamery product through a reseller please submit a warranty claim through your place of purchase.
